Following your delivery
If you selected tracked shipping, your tracking link is in the shipping confirmation email. Please check your spam folder if you cannot find it.
How Pakajo shipping and tracking work
Pakajo parcels first go through its hub in Germany before being forwarded to a partner carrier for final delivery. A shipping confirmation or UPG reference does not by itself confirm that the onward carrier has received the parcel.
A partner carrier reference or tracking link may appear later for the same parcel. A later reference does not start a new shipment.
Tracking may show fewer updates during the cross-border stage. Untracked services may have only limited processing updates.
If you need help finding your tracking link, or your parcel has not arrived within the estimate for your selected shipping option, please contact us.
