Physical orders

CDs, vinyl records and printed sheet music books are shipped from Germany.

Available shipping methods, prices, tracking and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. They depend on the destination, parcel weight and items in your order.

Estimated delivery after dispatch

• Germany: 1–2 business days
• EU and UK: 3–11 business days
• United States: 15–22 business days. Please allow about 3–4 weeks.
• Other destinations: Please use the estimate shown at checkout.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. International delivery can occasionally take longer because of customs or carrier delays.

Tracking

Tracked delivery includes a tracking link in your shipping confirmation. If Budget delivery – untracked is offered and selected, tracking is not included.

United States

Luca-fulfilled physical orders to the United States use tracked and insured delivery, with customs duties prepaid. Pakajo consolidates international parcels in Germany and hands them to a partner carrier for final delivery. Tracking may show fewer updates during the cross-border stage.

Merchandise

Merchandise fulfilled by our production partners has separate shipping options and estimates, shown at checkout.

We dispatch every order as quickly as possible. Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and are shown at checkout for your exact destination and parcel.

You can find the tracking link and number in the shipping confirmation you received after your order was dispatched. If you can't find this email please check your spam folder.

Some Luca-fulfilled CDs, vinyl records and printed sheet music books are shipped through Pakajo.

Pakajo consolidates international parcels in Germany and routes them to a partner carrier in the destination country. Your tracking number may start with “UPG” and may later change when the parcel is handed to the final carrier. Tracking can show fewer updates during the cross-border stage.

For United States orders, please allow 15–22 business days after dispatch, or about 3–4 weeks. Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation for the latest available status.

If your order was damaged during shipping, please take complete (not just damaged parts) and well-lit photos of:

• Outer package, cardboard/bubble envelope
• Inner packaging, cover, case
• Shipping label

After that you can contact us for a reimbursement.

If your package hasn’t arrived after a significant amount of time, you can contact us. If the delay is due to reasons beyond our control, you will have two options:

1. Request a reshipment by paying the shipping fee again.

2. Request a refund, which will be issued minus the shipping costs already paid.
