How long does it take until I get my order?

We fulfill every order as quick as possible. When you receive the shipping confirmation email we handed over the package to the shipping provider DHL/Deutsche Post. After that we don't have any control over the speed of the delivery.

  • 🇪🇺 EU 4-12 working days
  • 🇺🇸 USA 8-21 working days
  • 🌍 Other countries 8-28 working days

Please note

Sometimes international delivery can take even longer, due to customs and other circumstances out of our control. Please be patient and contact us if your order has not been delivered after 28 days.

Where is the tracking information?

You can find the tracking link and number in the shipping confirmation you received after your order was dispatched. If you can't find this email please check your spam folder.

Alternatively, you can click on "View your order" in the initial order confirmation email. The tracking link is provided on that site as well.

I received a tracking number starting with "UPG-" instead of a DHL number

No worries!

We fulfill some international vinyl through the logistic hub pakajo

That means we send your order to Pakajo hub in Hamburg, Germany. After 1-2 days it is processed there, redirected to DHL and thus receive the proper Deutsche Post DHL tracking number that you can directly use on the DHL website.

My order is damaged, what can I do?

If your order was damaged during shipping, please take complete (not just damaged parts) and well-lit photos of:

  • Outer package, cardboard/bubble envelope
  • Inner packaging, cover, case
  • Shipping label

After that you can contact us for a reimbursement.
