Physical orders
CDs, vinyl records and printed sheet music books are shipped from Germany.
Available shipping methods, prices, tracking and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. They depend on the destination, parcel weight and items in your order.
Estimated delivery after dispatch
- Germany: 1–2 business days
- EU and UK: 3–11 business days
- United States: 15–22 business days. Please allow about 3–4 weeks.
- Other destinations: Please use the estimate shown at checkout.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. International delivery can occasionally take longer because of customs or carrier delays.
Tracking
Standard - Untracked and Budget delivery - untracked do not include parcel tracking. Premium - Tracked and Tracked delivery include a tracking link in your shipping confirmation. Premium (US) - Tracked & insured includes tracking and insurance. For other options, the tracking and insurance details are shown at checkout.
United States
Luca-fulfilled physical orders to the United States use tracked and insured delivery, with customs duties prepaid. For shipments sent through Pakajo, parcels are consolidated in Germany and handed to a partner carrier for final delivery. Tracking may show fewer updates during the cross-border stage.
